Online registrations are required for all applicants and online payments (optional) will provide you with the option of E-Check or credit card payments for a nominal convenience/transaction fee that is for the payment service provided by/through Community Pass/Capture Point. Methuen Public Schools does not keep those fees. We will still accept checks made out to Methuen Public Schools. Also at that time, our staff will be able to assist you at the Central Administration Building Community Programs office and on-site. As always, we will endeavor to work with you all to help make this process as smooth as possible.

Notice to All Parents:
Parent Handbook: Please check below for a copy of our latest parent handbook . When our program opens up, all program parents will receive a hard copy from your school's program staff at sign-out. Please make sure that you sign the acknowledgment sheet (p.11, last page) and give it to our staff for our records.
ADMISSIONS: Start the 1st day of each month and registrations are required at least 1 month in advance. The $40 non-refundable registration fee and 1st month's tuition are also due at the time of registration.
EXAMPLE: For a December 1st start date, registrations need to be completed online by November 1st with payment of the $40 registration fee and first month's tuition. Please see RC Enrollment Deadline Dates Calendar below for all our FY24 enrollment deadline dates.
SUCCESSIVE TUITION PAYMENTS: Due by the 15th of the previous month.
EXAMPLE: April's tuition will be due by March 15th. Please see RC Payment Due Dates Calendar when available (TBA) for all our FY24 payment due dates.

THE DEADLINE for MAY, and JUNE PROGRAM CHANGES is APRIL 15th. Changes must be completed on our Program Change Form by 4/15/24.
REMINDER: Tuition invoices/notices go out at the beginning of the previous month and tuition is always due the 15th day of the previous month, except for the first month of admission (please see ADMISSION above). Payment to: Methuen Public Schools by check or money order - No Cash please; online payment option also.

***21st CCLC Program***: A federal grant funded program for ELs (primarily), Economically Disadvantaged, and Special Needs DPT Grades 3 - 6 students - Start dates by mid-summer.
***MPS Community Programs STEAM Enrichment*** - FY24 programming is anticipated. Parents will be notified if and when program activities become available to your children (Grades 3 - 8).
**21st Century Homework Club FY24 - For Tenney & Timony (Usually, Gr. 1 - 4) students typically eligible for the 21st CCLC Grant Programs. This program is under review. If opened, referred students are/will be contacted.
Please note: If your child is on medication, doctor's orders and child's meds, including EpiPens, must be submitted before he/she starts any program - we require separate ones from the school day meds. Thank you!
